Stake.us is the US-facing sweepstakes arm of Stake.com, the world's largest crypto casino by trading volume. It launched in October 2022 and has rapidly become the largest US social casino by brand search volume (251,000 monthly searches for "stake us" as of mid-2026), product traffic and player base. The operator entity is Sweepsteaks Limited, a Delaware-registered company under common ownership with the Stake.com group. The product runs on the same engine, the same Originals catalogue, and a significant share of the same slot lineup you find at Stake.com, with the structural difference that this is a sweepstakes promotional-games product rather than a real-money casino.

External ratings, as of June 2026:

Where Stake.us performs well

The complaint pattern

The recurring TrustPilot one-star pattern is dispute escalation. Simple issues (deposit not credited, bonus not triggering) get resolved in chat within a session. Complex issues (large redemption holds, account closure during KYC review, perceived RG-flag suspensions) get escalated to email and the resolution time stretches to 5 to 10 business days. Several reviewers describe pending redemptions of $500 to $2,000 held for "additional verification" with limited explanation. Regulatory and legal status

Stake.us is restricted in five US states: Washington (explicit prohibition on dual-currency online gaming), New York, Michigan, Idaho and Nevada (all voluntary operator restrictions based on cautious legal interpretation). The operator enforces these via IP geolocation at sign-up and at every redemption. Attempting to use a VPN to bypass restrictions is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending redemptions: the operator terms of service are explicit on this.
