The Rogue Casino List
These sites have been blacklisted by GambleDude for confirmed payment failures, unlicensed operation, or regulatory sanctions. Never deposit at these casinos.
How a Casino Gets Listed Here
A casino is added to the Rogue List when we receive credible evidence of one or more of the following:
- Withdrawal refusal — refusing or indefinitely delaying a legitimate payout without documented cause.
- Retroactive terms changes — changing bonus or withdrawal terms after a bet is placed to void a win.
- Unlicensed operation — claiming to be licensed when no valid licence can be verified with the regulator.
- Targeting excluded players — contacting players who have self-excluded or sending marketing to excluded accounts.
- Regulatory sanction — receiving a formal warning, fine, or licence revocation from a recognised authority.
- Account closure without payout — closing player accounts and retaining balances without documented justification.
How to Report a Rogue Casino
If you've had a negative experience with a casino — refused withdrawal, stolen balance, or unlicensed activity — please contact us with your documentation. We investigate every report before listing.
You should also file a complaint directly with the casino's regulator. For MGA-licensed casinos, use the MGA complaint form. For UKGC-licensed casinos, contact GamCare or your Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
Reinstatement Policy
A casino can be removed from this list if the underlying issue is resolved — confirmed withdrawal paid, regulatory finding overturned, or licence reinstated. Reinstatement requires written evidence and a re-test period of at least 90 days.
