The product side is genuinely strong. The withdrawal-verification pattern documented across CasinoGuru, AskGamblers, and PokerStrategy.com forums is the most concerning we have seen in our entire poker review series.

The withdrawal-verification pattern (this is the headline)

Multiple independent sources document the same withdrawal verification sequence at GGPoker. This is not an isolated anecdote; it is a structural pattern in the public complaint record:

1. Player requests withdrawal.
2. Standard KYC documentation required (passport, proof of address). Player submits and verification is confirmed.
3. Street video required (player filming themselves outdoors with ID). Player submits and verification is confirmed.
4. 3-hour OBS gameplay video required. Player must use OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) to record multiple hours of continuous gameplay.
5. Withdrawal blocked indefinitely even after the OBS video is submitted in compliance with the request.

The 3-hour OBS gameplay video requirement is unusual to the point of being structurally predatory. No legitimate KYC framework requires multi-hour gameplay recording, and the requirement does not address any standard AML or identity verification need. The most plausible operational explanation is that the requirement functions as a deterrent that produces withdrawal abandonment.

Additionally, GGPoker reserves the right to enforce wagering requirements on deposited funds before allowing withdrawal, with the specific amount varying by case and not transparently published. This means a player can deposit, win, attempt to withdraw, and discover at withdrawal time that an unspecified wagering amount must be cleared first.

The complaint pattern

Specific documented case: A player's account at PokerOK (the Russian/CIS skin of the GG Network, sharing infrastructure with GGPoker) was frozen on January 31, 2026 with a balance of $4,726.43. The case follows the same pattern documented across the GG Network: multiple verification escalations, balance inaccessible.

TrustPilot allegations: Multiple TrustPilot reviewers across the 1,800+ review volume allege the platform is "infested with bots" and that the "deck is rigged for house advantage." These are player perception claims rather than independently verified facts, but the consistency of the allegations across many reviewers is itself a signal.

Bonus application issues: Players report difficulty getting bonus credits applied even after meeting stated wagering requirements.

Withdrawal speed (when not blocked). 24-72 hours for e-wallet methods. Bank and card transfers up to 3 business days. The "when not blocked" qualifier is critical.

Welcome bonus

New players choose between two welcome bonus structures:
